Offset printing

珠光纸主要是体现纸张珠光的华丽效果，如果印刷油墨的面积很大，一则体现不出纸张的珠光效果，二则纸张的珠光效果通过墨层已经大大削弱。所以，我们在设计制版时应根据珠光纸的特点尽量避免大面积的实地图案印刷。一般设计一些简单的线条、图案、文字，既可以突出包装内容的重点，又可以显示出纸张的华丽效果。

Two, the pearlescent effect of paper has been greatly weakened through the ink layer. 珠光纸的珠光颗粒容易破碎，半成品经不起反复的转序、摩擦，所以生产的工艺路线应尽量短一些，取消一些可有可无的工艺环节，特别是那些手工参与较多的环节。能一次印刷完成的不用两次，能用胶印印刷的不用丝网印刷，能连机上光的不脱机上光，当然可以不上光的坚决不上光，因为上光会大大削弱珠光纸的珠光效果。

Pearlescent particles of pearlescent paper are easily broken, and the semi-finished products can't afford repeated rotation and friction. Therefore, the production process route should be as short as possible, and cancel some dispensable technological links, especially those involved in manual operation. It can be done at one time without printing two times, and it can be printed with offset printing instead of screen printing. It can even polish the machine without polishing. Of course, it can't finish polishing, because glazing will greatly weaken the pearlescent effect of pearlescent paper.

UV印刷是采用紫外线干燥，印刷时每一印刷单元都带有紫外干燥装置。UV油墨经过干燥装置时在光引发基团的引发下干燥时间很短，可以说是瞬间干燥，这样在进入下一印刷单元或是收料环节已经完全干燥。我们可以采取加大墨量、降低油墨黏度等方法来提高油墨在珠光纸表面的着墨率，同时油墨的叠印也是一种“干-干”叠合的方式，可以大大提高叠印率。

UV printing is used to dry ultraviolet light, and every printing unit in printing has a UV drying device. The drying time of UV ink is very short due to the initiation of light initiating group through drying device. It can be said to be instantaneous drying, so that it will be completely dry when entering the next printing unit or the receiving part.
