目前有三种油墨可用于珠光纸的印刷，依据它们的印刷效果好坏依次为：UV油墨、非吸收性纸印刷专用油墨和普通油墨。下面分别介绍每一种油墨印刷时应该注意的问题。

⑴UV油墨印刷

UV印刷是采用紫外线干燥，印刷时每一印刷单元都带有紫外干燥装置。UV油墨经过干燥装置时在光引发基团的引发下干燥时间很短，可以说是瞬间干燥，这样在进入下一印刷单元或是收料环节已经完全干燥。我们可以采取加大墨量、降低油墨黏度等方法来提高油墨在珠光纸表面的着墨率，同时油墨的叠印也是一种“干-干”叠合的方式，可以大大提高叠印率。

When the UV ink passes through the drying device, the drying time under the initiation of photoinitiator group is very short, which can be said to be instantaneous drying, so that it has been completely dried when entering the next printing unit or the feeding link. We can increase the amount of ink, reduce the ink viscosity and other methods to improve the ink on the surface of pearlescent paper. At the same time, the ink overlay is also a "dry-dry" overlay way, which can greatly improve the overlay rate.
