由于珠光纸的珠光颗粒容易破碎，半成品经不起反复的转序、摩擦，所以生产的工艺路线应尽量短一些，取消一些可有可无的工艺环节，特别是那些手工参与较多的环节。能一次印刷完成的不用两次，能用胶印印刷的不用丝网印刷，能连机上光的不脱机上光，当然可以不上光的坚决不上光，因为上光会大大削弱珠光纸的珠光效果。
