| 珠光纸原纸皱纹控制 Wrinkle control of pearlescent base paper 01、干燥温度过高，皱纹粗细不等、密度均匀，而且有反光现象。原纸在起皱时，如果烘缸温度过高，缸面又很光滑，纸页的水份较小，则纸页在与起皱处接触之前就可能离开烘缸，因此很难起皱或皱折率很小，相反，如果起皱水份过大，纸页与刚面贴得很紧，会造成塞刀，容易断纸和刮出针眼，同时起皱后的成纸水份将会很高，一般成纸水份控制在5-8℅左右为宜！ 01. Generally, the paper moisture should be controlled at about 5-8%. 02、刮刀使用时间过长磨损，起皱角度变大、成纸皱纹较差，一般正常情况下应视原纸皱纹及缸面涂层的好坏及时更换起皱刮刀！ 02.
